Valued customers, we are closely monitoring the new developments regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and safety of our customers, employees, and their families are of utmost importance. After discussion with local health officials and government agencies, we have elected to take certain steps at our dealerships to help reduce any unnecessary exposure. Here's what we are doing differently: 

• Sales Departments will remain open and the traditional sales process will be available in our showrooms with necessary precautions. Or, we have the capability to conduct nearly the entire transaction online. Test drives and concierge service -including pick up and drop off- are also available. 

• While we normally greet guests with a handshake and a smile, we will be minimizing physical contact with our guests as suggested by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). 

• Our janitorial service providers have been instructed to increase their focus on disinfecting high touch surfaces within our dealerships. 

• We have added additional hand sanitizers throughout the dealerships for the convenience of our customers and employees and have coached our employees on frequent hand washing. 

• We have instructed all dealership personnel to stay home from work if they develop respiratory, fever, or flu-like symptoms. 

• In addition to seat and floor protection within vehicles here for service, high touch areas will be sanitized prior to being returned to you. As a reminder, you are able to night drop your vehicle, and make payments by phone to reduce your time at the dealership.
